Emerald Waters Village is one of my favorite coastal neighborhoods in Miramar Beach! Upon entering the gated community, you immediately see the beautiful landscaped grounds and stunning coastal architectural designs of the homes . The community has a number of open landscaped common areas with benches, and it also features two refreshing swimming pools for your enjoyment. As you drive up to 137 St. Francis Drive, you see a two story home with columns, a covered porch, and an upstairs private balcony. It has four bedrooms and 3 full baths.
